Each textile is a unique creation, designed and woven by hand. The techniques used to make these pillows are part of the Bolivian tradition.
Every piece is constructed from fiber to the finished product. Llama and Merino wools were shorn, carded and spun by artisans. They are then hand dyed using vegetable dyes in Bordeux, France.
Dyes and prints are made by extracting dye-plant pigments that come from local plants as well as quality-conscious partners such as gaude and indigo from France and European rhubarb.
