NO. 3 is crafted from two distinct Arbequina, presses grown at high altitudes in the arid beauty of Tabernas, Spain. The flavor profile opens with smooth, mellow notes of green almond, banana, and buttery warmth, balanced by a bolder Arbequina with floral hints and subtle black pepper finish. This refined, medium intensity is bold yet harmonious, with a touch of peppery complexity. Our use of bolder varietals also enriches NO. 3 with a heightened polyphenol (antioxidant) concentration.
