Shipping costs will be provided once items have been placed in cart and customer has proceeded to checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery method and the dimensional weight of the product. Larger items such as oversized products and furnishings, have a pre-set shipping cost based on their size and weight. During the check out process you will also be given available delivery methods as well as cost and lead time.
International Shipping - Many items can be shipped outside of the United States. These will require additional costs to cover postage fees. We will work to use the most secure and lowest cost method for your purchase.
**Please note, the number of days listed next to each shipping method refers to expected delivery times once your order has left our warehouse. Please allow at least 2-3 days for your order to leave our retail location.
Items that are stocked and ready-to-ship typically depart our store within 2-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date and you can then decide if you would like to proceed with your purchase. A select few of our oversized products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. If this is the case for your order, we will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to provide you with the approximate ship date given by the manufacturer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number which will give you more up-to-date delivery information. Most stock items ship via UPS Ground. On custom or made-to-order, such as some furnishings, art and lighting, we will do out best to provide you with approximate ship dates.

Manufacturer Defects & Damaged Goods:
Manufacturer defects or damage that occurs during the delivery process must be reported within the first 48 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for refund consideration. Please direct all claims to us directly at email@example.com and include first/last name, order number as well as detailed images of the damaged item.
Defects that are not apparent upon delivery and manifest over time, including both physical and functional, must be reported within 30 days of receipt. After this period of time, we cannot guarantee credit or replacement. Each claim will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please take into consideration that many of our products are made by hand using organic (non-factory made) and vintage materials. These items are considered unique and the aging process that is expected with these elements is not viewed as defective but rather part of their charm.
