Located in the pastoral North Valley, Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm has been growing lavender, a low water use plant, since 1999 in an effort to farm while remaining true to sustainable practices in the high desert. The culinary gardens at Los Poblanos grow ingredients organically, literally steps from the kitchen, and you’ll find lavender infused in many dishes on Campo’s seasonal menus.

Created in the Los Poblanos kitchen, Lavender Simple Syrup is just one item in their Farm Foods collection that represents Campo’s Rio Grande Valley Cuisine and the regional flavors of the southwest.
