Non-Alcoholic Vermouth

This Vermouth was developed in this special no ABV version, made with Niagara grape juice and infused for 24 hours with aromatics such as wormwood, angelica root, and gentian. A semi-sweet vermouth, it’s delicious neat, but to take it up a notch, we suggest serving it with a twist of citrus and a splash of seltzer.

White Grape Juice, Coriander, Cinnamon, Fennel Seeds, Cardamom, Juniper, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Ginger Root, Pink Peppercorn, Black Peppercorn, Rosemary, Bay Leaf, Lemon Thyme, Basil, Angelica Root, Gentian Root, Wormwood, Vanilla Bean
